 Maria Suarez – Owner/Director of Operations. Maria possesses a strong background in team building, designing and implementing systems to increase staff productivity and managing productivity. Her main focus is to develop and implement operational procedures and systems to ensure clients are serviced with the highest of standards. Maria is fluent in Spanish. |
 Greg Ismay – Designated Broker. Greg’s role is to ensure the highest standards are maintained with the pre-list process; listing and marketing properties for greatest exposure; providing communication excellence throughout the sale process; and training buyer specialists/holding them accountable to high standards of client representation. |
 Robyn Remencus – Licensed Assistant. Robyn handles office administration and manages the property preservation reimbursement account. She is responsible for paying vendors and reconciling reimbursements. Robyn has vast experience with REO property administrative management. She previously worked on team that closed over 400 REO asset sales annually. |
 Jimmy Conder – Licensed Broker. Jimmy handles initial property checks, occupancy checks, cash-for-keys, evaluations, photos, property inspections and property preservation assessments. Jimmy has extensive experience with rehabbing homes and understands what it takes to condition a property for maximum value. |
 Donna Eller – Licensed Broker and Lead Buyer Specialist. Donna handles follow up on buyer leads, converting leads to appointments, showing properties to buyers, writing offers and working the buyer through due diligence. Donna practices ‘designated dual agency’ to ensure that the Team honors its fiduciary responsibility to both buyer and seller. |
