Triangle Home Team, LLC is a real estate sales company built by Maria Suarez and Greg Ismay to quickly and accurately handle the day-to-day demands of REO disposition. The Company consists of highly skilled, licensed agents, licensed administrators and unlicensed administrators. Currently managing 25 assets, the company has built the capacity to easily handle an additional 75 assets based on the people, systems and procedures developed to date through working with our current clients.
The Company owned by Cuban-born Maria Suarez and Greg Ismay is a full service REO agent-centered company prepared to handle anything from a guaranteed 24-hour rush BPO to the complete marketing and servicing of an asset of any value range within a 60 mile geographical radius of Wake and New Hanover counties in North Carolina.
Over the past 7 years, Maria and Greg’s Team has delivered more value to its clients, on average, than the vast majority of other real estate agents or teams. By providing value to our clients they have systematically grown their business each year they have been in business. The Team consistently sells homes faster and for more money than the MLS board average. The Team has serviced, marketed and sold properties for a broad range of REO clients including Freddie Mac, Bank of America, iservereo.com, REDC, Vericrest and others. The Team is experienced in ALL aspects of REO property preservation, management and sales with an emphasis on owner occupancy and protecting values.
